Amazon delivered my order in just 10 minutes, but the product was defective right out of the box. When I requested a return, I was shocked to learn that Amazon will not arrange pickup. Instead, I have to waste half a day standing in line at the post office to send back something I didn’t even want in the first place.This is unacceptable. If Amazon can deliver at lightning speed, why can’t they take responsibility for defective items? Forcing customers to spend their own time and effort to fix Amazon’s mistake is not just inconvenient, it’s disrespectful. This toy is for baby, he/she cannot press eventhough adult also cannot press.Conclusion: in the same price, you can purchase a good product.
