We ship through trusted courier partners only, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Pincode Availability
Delivery is available across most of India. To check if we deliver to your area, use the Check Delivery option on any product page and enter your pincode.
If your pincode is not currently serviceable, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 83209 93563 and we will do our best to find a solution.
Order Status Updates
You will receive updates at every stage of your order. Here is what each status means:
Order Placed
Your order has been received and is being prepared for processing. You will hear from us shortly.
Processing
Our team is confirming product availability and preparing your items for dispatch. This typically takes 24–48 hours.
Ready to Ship
Your order has been packed, quality-checked, and is awaiting courier pickup.
Dispatched
Your order is on its way. You will receive tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.
Out for Delivery
Your package is with the delivery agent and will arrive at your address today. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
Delivered
Your order has been delivered successfully. If anything looks wrong, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we will sort it immediately.
Important Notes
- All orders are shipped with a tax invoice as required under Indian regulations
- In rare cases, processing may take up to 3 business days during high-demand periods — we will notify you if this applies to your order
- Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately due to availability or product size — you will be notified if this happens
- While we work hard to deliver on time, courier delays of 1–2 days can occasionally occur during peak periods or in remote areas. These are outside our control but we will always keep you informed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies once the order has been handed over. We commit to dispatching your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
